As crystals are natural formations made by mother earth, no two crystals are the same and no piece is ‘perfect’. The imperfections and uniqueness of each piece is what make crystals so special. At the Temple of Solace, we aim to capture the essence of our products in our images, however please expect that the appearance can vary as the inclusions and markings will be different for each item. When the exact piece is not shown in our images, your product will be intuitively chosen by the Founder of the Temple of Solace. Every item is cleansed and charged before making its journey to you. After receiving your order, we aim to have it dispatched within 48 hours at which time you will receive a tracking number via email. Our products are packed carefully with padding to ensure their safe arrival however accidents may occur during transit. The Temple of Solace is not responsible for loss or damage of an item during transit, or for shipping delays due to the postal service. For this reason we recommend opting for express shipping to reduce the amount of handling.

Although we do not refund or exchange based on crystal characteristics or change of mind, if you are unhappy with your purchase please email our Team at info@templeofsolace.com.au within 7 days of receiving your parcel with your query. When contacting us please also include your order number and a photo of the items. Refunds and store credits will be issued at the discretion of the Temple of Solace.
